Position Summary

LIMITED TIME: $3,000 sign-on bonus for all our technician roles.

Essential Functions

Monitor and enforce work quality, job-site safety and housekeeping standards for all staff on-site
Maintain daily logs and coordinate schedules with the Project Manager

Rough and Finish Carpentry

Insulation and Drywall Finish Work
Painting and Finishing
Roofing and Siding
Floor coverings, Tile, Carpet
Window and Door Installation (Interior and Exterior)
Cabinet and fixture Installation
Thorough understanding of residential remodeling/commercial repair process
Construction knowledge

Other Duties

Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance.
Wear a clean, neat, and proper company uniform every day.
Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the company.
Attend training meetings as required.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

This position is moderately physical. There is extensive walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Traveling to each location requires the safe operation of a vehicle. Ability to work with computer keyboard, monitor and mouse for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
