Position Summary

The Corporate Restoration Program Manager represents COIT Restoration Services to a variety of Third-Party Administration (TPA) programs. Under general supervision, performs program compliances and a variety of marketing and administrative duties for the restoration divisions and franchises. Supports national corporate restoration efforts as needed. 

Essential Functions

ADMINISTRATIVE 

  • Completes and assists Coit divisions and franchisees with applications for third-party vendor management programs. 
  • Effectively and strategically manages excellent relationships between TPA organizations, COIT Divisions, and franchisees as needed 
  • Assists with training of new or existing personnel with regard to software for vendor management companies. 
  • Keeps internal personnel informed of changes with carriers or vendor management programs. 
  • Works closely with Coit division and franchise restoration administrative staff to ensure program compliance and performance 
  • Completes reports to track the operational performance and lead generation of TPA partners for divisions and franchisees. 
  • Generates reports as may be determined in the future. 
  • Completes all reports in a timely manner. 

 

MARKETING 

  • Supports corporate participation in national conventions. Calendars these events and is part of the team to travel and represent COIT. This includes serving as a representative at functions, conferences, trade shows, continuing education classes, meetings, networking events, etc. 
  • Follows up on leads generated at national convention, distributing leads to appropriate divisions and franchises. 
  • With assistance as needed, seeks and builds relationships with new and existing TPAs, and national programs and have COIT be accepted as a participant in these programs. 
  • Assists with advertising, monitoring, and tracking effective marketing efforts (includes working with Corporate Marketing Department to develop ads for convention materials, the convention web site, booth information and collateral materials). 
  • Assists in preparing for conventions, trade shows, and Restoration Colleges. 

    SALES 

  • Proactively communicates with TPA and Program partners to generate more incoming restoration leads. 
  • Follows up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. 
  • Maintains excellent records on all customers and prospects. 
  • Identifies potential customers. Develops and maintains list by segment and geographic locations. Schedules appointments with decision makers for VP, based on existing relationships. 
  • Assists with billing, follow up re: accounts receivables and invoices. 
  • Follows established policies.  Compiles responses to Quality Surveys, forwarding to VP and Director for resolution. 
  • Provides timely feedback to the Company regarding customer complaints. 
  • Demonstrates ethical sales practices. 
Other Duties
  • Be a good ambassador/representative for COIT Services, Inc. 
  • Provides prompt and professional service to all customers. 
  • Wears appropriate business attire and a COIT Identification Badge. 
  • Attends department meetings as required. 
  • Maintains effective working relationships and acts in a manner most beneficial to the company. 
  • Maintains accurate records in CRM or other software as directed. 
  • Maintains an acceptable driving record. 
  • Meets corporate standards for attendance and timeliness. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

This position is somewhat physical. There may be extensive walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Periods of time spent sitting at a desk, using computer, monitor and mouse. Requires ability to lift and carry boxes of collateral materials (approximately 40 pounds). Traveling requires the safe operation of a personal vehicle.
