From the moment you book a service to the moment we leave your property, our process has been refined to ensure a smooth experience and exemplify our professionalism at every step. When you book with COIT, you can count on us to uphold high standards and consistency, whether it’s your first time booking with us or you are a repeat customer. 

Before We Arrive 

The day before your scheduled service, we will text or call to confirm the date and time. 

On the day of, our technicians and/or dispatch will send a follow-up text to remind you of your appointment and give you an estimated time of arrival so you know when to expect us.

In the off chance we need to make an adjustment to your scheduled service time (in the case of bad weather, for example), we will notify you well in advance so you can accommodate your schedule or rebook if necessary. Our technicians are easy to reach and prioritize direct communication to ensure everyone is on the same page.

How We Show Up

It is our goal to arrive on time, every time. 

You can expect our fully equipped COIT-branded trucks to arrive at your property at the pre-determined time. We will never show up in an unmarked van. Unfortunately, it is not unheard of to have fraudulent companies pose as COIT and other well-known brands, which is why it’s important to always check that your COIT technician is in uniform and is driving a company-branded vehicle.

Our technicians, who are background-checked, highly trained, and certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA), and the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), will be proudly sporting their COIT uniforms, complete with official company ID badges. 

We will greet you at your door, introduce ourselves, go over the services booked, and complete all necessary processing paperwork before getting started.

COIT’s Cleaning Process

First things first, we’ll have our cleaning specialist perform an on-site inspection to assess the space. From there, we’ll provide a free, no-obligation cost estimate that is valid for 90 days. You can decide to have our technicians complete the cleaning on the day of your scheduled service or within the 90-day window. 

We strive for transparent assessment processes. In the off chance we can’t make it clean as new, we’ll be direct and honest about options. In other words, we won’t take your money unless we’re confident we can clean it! 

During the cleaning, our technicians will wear protective foot coverings, install wall covers to protect corners, place caution floor mats to prevent slipping, and take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and their own. We’ll walk you through our exact cleaning process and answer all questions you might have along the way.

Secure Payment Processes 

Pay how you prefer! Our payment system, which includes tap-to-pay options, is designed to be as secure and efficient as possible. While we prefer the security of credit card payments, we do accept cash and accommodate all official forms of payment. Fraudulent companies are known to require cash-only payments to remain anonymous and reduce their digital trail. COIT will never require a cash-only payment. 

Keep in mind that we do not take credit card information on our website. If a website prompts you to input this information, please ensure you are on the correct website before proceeding. 

We do not maintain any banking info, so you can rest assured that your transaction is secure.

How We Leave

We do everything in our power to leave your home in better condition than we found it. All equipment used will be properly put back in our trucks, and any furniture that was moved to complete the cleaning service will be put back in its rightful place.
