Acquisition Creates Largest Fleet of its Kind in Northern California.

Burlingame, California, May 11, 2005 - COIT Services Inc., a fifty-five year old specialty cleaning company, announced that it has acquired Olympia Restoration, a seventeen year old Northern California-based fire and water damage remediation contractor. Olympia has been cleaning and restoring residential and commercial establishments since 1988. COIT is America's oldest and largest drapery, carpet, upholstery, air duct and restoration service provider with many locations around the country. Combined, the companies offer Northern California a fleet of over 120 service vehicles, 65 truck mounted extractors, hundreds of dehumidifiers, air movers and other specialty equipment as well as over thirty-five thousand square feet of office and warehouse space.
